Author Charles Plant, senior fellow at the Impact Centre, will be launching the print edition of Triggers & Barriers at a luncheon event at the University of Toronto. Charles will give an engaging talk to give you a framework to help you listen to those who might want to buy your product, to understand the what triggers them to pay, what barriers stop them from doing so, and how they view your competition. A networking lunch reception will follow the talk where you will have a chance to have your book personalized and autographed by the author.
Released as an e-book in December, Triggers & Barriers is all about understanding those potential customers. It’s about figuring out what triggers them to buy and what barriers get in the way of you making a sale. It’s about how to listen to customers so that you can understand their behaviour and capitalize on it to make your business a resounding success.
